The historic town of Beaumaris will play host to the Beaumaris Food Festival on the 10th and 11th of September. With the town’s mighty castle watching overm the town green will be dotted with Marquees and Gazebos, with tantalising food nibbles, (meals for those who are a little more hungry). Anything from local welsh produce to world street food.
The finest foods from all over the North Wales and further afield are all going to be gathering beneath the shadow of Beaumaris castle to serve you the best they have to offer
This is the third time the festival will be taking place, with the first two occurrences being very successful this is shaping up to be a roaring success.
There will be a collection of live music acts performing throughout the day, so you’ll have a visual and audio accompaniment with your taste sensation. Sit and munch away while watching, or take a more interactive approach, you’ll be able to enjoy the merriment your way. You can also stroll around the town’s ‘Green’ to peruse the stalls and local crafts, which are going to prove just as exciting as everything else there is on offer.
Food exhibitors this year include Carrabean Flaava, Cheshire Cheese Company, Edwards of Conwy, Simply Relish, Llechwedd Meats, Megan’s kitchen, Rosies’ Triple D Cider and much more.
Last year had fantastic reviews from attendees at the festival, who remarked that it was a fantastic day and suitable for all the family (especially the greedy members).
