Lavender Cottage is a superb detached barn conversion stylishly designed and furnished to Tourist Board 5*standard.
This cottage sleeps 6 and has pull out beds for an extra 2.

This cottage is situated in a peaceful woodland setting with ample room for children to play in complete safety. It has views over open countryside and Snowdonia yet is only 5 minutes drive from Menai Bridge which is a lively town offering excellent restaurants and hotels.There is also a wide variety of shops and pubs. This area is ideal for coastal path walks, the walk which takes you under the Menai Bridge is well worth doing.

The front door opens into the well appointed kitchen. The kitchen is modern with fridge, freezer, oven and grill and microwave. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. To the right is a small cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

From the kitchen walk through a wide doorway into the sitting and dining room. The sitting area includes a television, hi-fi and DVD player. There is also a wood burning stove for cold winter evenings. The dining area will seat 8.

From the living room walk to a passage-way and to the left there is a small bedroom with bunk beds. Under the stairs is a large bathroom with disabled access. Beside the bathroom is a bedroom with king size bed and an en suite shower, wash basin and WC. Upstairs is a large family bedroom with a king size bed and day bed. This can be easily converted to two single beds, ideal for children. This bedroom has a large en suite shower room with hand basin and WC. Lavender cottage also has a secluded south facing patio accessed from the living room with views of Snowdonia for those warm summer days. This is in a tranquil setting ideal for families. Fodol cottages have plenty of space for children to play safely, away from busy roads.
