The house is just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the shops. Pubs are a minute walk away and lovely country lanes are two minutes walk away.
Beaumars is a lovely seaside town with great shops and a wonderful handmade italian icecream parlour.The castle and the gaol and courtroom are fascinating visits. The pier is always very popular with children for crabbing! and the sea trips to nearby puffin island are a real treat!
I include electricity and gas in the price and trust that tenants will consider the environment when using the facilities. I encourage recycling and have special containers in the house for recycling.
There are lots of great books, DVD's Videos and games in the house. Beach paraphenalia such as frizbees, balls, bats etc are also in the house.Also Wi-Fi.

Upstairs 3 double bedrooms, one with two single beds. all have lots of storage. I provide duvets, pillows and extra blankets.I can supply linen at an extra cost.
