Llyn Crafnant nestles in a tranquil Welsh valley high in the Snowdonia National Park. Access to this steep valley is by a narrow lane winding its way through pine forests of the Forestry Commission.
The lake, which is three - quarters of a mile long and covers 63 acres, has good access and is well sheltered on all banks. It is well stocked with Rainbow Trout up to 3 lb, supplementing the wild Brown Trout. It can be fished from all banks or the privacy of a boat.
