The Royal Oak Hotel is a picturesque building,which was once a coaching inn. Situated in the centre of the village amidst charming scenery and overlooking the River Llugwy.Visitors from all parts of the world are attracted to Betws-y-Coed,which is a convenient centre from which all of North Wales is accessible.

Whilst there are unlimited areas of scenic beauty to be explored, many visitors find plenty of time to simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Every room has bathroom/shower en-suite, colour television with sky and direct dial telephone. The Hotel is fully centrally heated throughout. Tea and coffed trays are provided.

We pride ourselves on our high standards of catering and service in our excellent restaurant, an ideal venue for weddings or private parties.

The well appointed grill room is open daily and offers a wide and varied selection of dishes. Our adjoining Stables Bar with terrace serves excellent bar food and real ales all day, seven days a week.
